Your first visit to a skin clinic in Seoul: booking, consultation and the day itself
To book from abroad, send a booking request on the website or message the clinic on WhatsApp; for a same-day appointment, call. A first visit at ATTITUDE Clinic in Seoul has three steps: an AI skin analysis that records your skin, a consultation in which one of the two co-directors decides with you what you need, what you don't and in what order, and a plan priced per unit. Listed prices exclude VAT, and 10% is added when you pay.
How do I book from abroad?
You can book without a Korean phone number: the booking form accepts either a phone number or an email address. There are four ways to reach ATTITUDE Clinic:
- Booking request form. On the booking page, choose a preferred date and time and leave a phone number or an email address. Either one is enough. This is a request, not a confirmed slot: the clinic confirms it by phone or message during clinic hours.
- WhatsApp +82-10-6858-7579, if you would rather ask questions first. We reply during clinic hours (Korea time).
- Phone +82-2-540-7577. This is the way to ask for a same-day appointment. From a Korean mobile number, dial 02-540-7577.
- NAVER booking. A Korean-language page that needs a NAVER account, so it is useful only if you already have one.
How far ahead should I book? Booking a few days ahead gives you more choice of times. For the same day, call. The clinic is open every day of the year from 10:30 to 19:30 Korea time (UTC+9), with no lunch break, and the last appointment starts at 17:30. If you plan to come straight from the airport, leave room for flight delays and immigration queues.
When you send a request, mention your travel dates and what you would like to look at, for example pigmentation, redness or pores. That makes it easier to plan a time that leaves room for treatment and recovery before you fly.
Where is the clinic, and how do I get there?
ATTITUDE Clinic is on the 9th floor of K-TOWER, 621 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, next to Exit 5 of Sinsa Station. Sinsa Station is on Subway Line 3 and the Shinbundang Line, and the Garosu-gil area is nearby if you are spending the day around there.
For a taxi, show the driver the Korean address, 서울 서초구 강남대로 621 K-TOWER 9층, and the clinic's Korean name, 에티튜드의원. The directions page has a map. On a first visit, allow a little extra time to find the building.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit follows three steps. Any treatment comes after them, once you and the doctor have agreed on what it should be.
| Step | What happens | What helps |
|---|---|---|
| 1. AI skin analysis | Your skin data is recorded and organized, so you and the doctor can look at the same information. | Arriving on time; see the makeup note below. |
| 2. Consultation with a co-director | One of the two co-directors goes through the analysis with you, looks at your skin, asks about your concerns, health and schedule, and decides with you what you need, what you don't, and in what order. | A list of your medicines, allergies and past treatments (with dates), and your flight date. |
| 3. Your sequence | A plan in order: what to do first, what can wait for a later visit, and what you don't need. Prices are per unit: shots, kJ, cc, vial or session. | Asking about anything unclear before you agree to a treatment. |
| Payment | 10% VAT is added to listed prices when you pay. | Asking about payment methods when you book. |
The AI skin analysis is a way of recording and organizing your skin data to support the consultation. It does not provide a medical diagnosis: diagnosis and every decision about treatment stay with the doctor.
Can I have treatment on the same day as the consultation? That depends on what the doctor recommends and on the day's schedule, so it can't be promised in advance. If your trip is short, say so when you book and ask whether same-day treatment is likely to be possible for what you have in mind.
How should I prepare for the day?
- Makeup. Many treatments start on cleansed skin, so you may be asked to remove makeup. Bring what you need if you are going out afterwards. Whether you can wear makeup again the same day depends on the treatment, and the doctor will tell you.
- Medicines and health. Tell the doctor about medicines and supplements you take (including blood thinners and acne medicines such as isotretinoin), allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, a history of cold sores or raised scars, and any recent sunburn or tan.
- Past treatments. Note what you have had in the past year, such as fillers, botulinum toxin, skin boosters or lasers, with approximate dates. It affects what is suitable now and in what order.
- What to bring. Ask us what to bring when you book.
- Your trip. Put the consultation early in your stay, on day 1 or 2 if you can, so there is time for treatment and for any redness or swelling to settle before your flight. See Can you fly after skin treatments in Korea?
Some treatments can leave redness, swelling, bruising or small marks for a few days, and like any medical procedure they can have side effects. Results and recovery vary from person to person; your doctor will explain what to expect for your skin.
How does paying work, and is VAT included?
Prices on ATTITUDE's price list are per unit and exclude VAT. 10% VAT is added when you pay, so a treatment listed at KRW 300,000 comes to KRW 330,000 with VAT. If units such as shots, kJ or cc are new to you, How to read a Korean skin clinic price list explains them.
Until the end of 2025, foreign patients could reclaim the VAT paid on cosmetic and dermatology procedures. That scheme ended on 31 December 2025. Two bills to bring it back were filed in 2026, and as of 7 October 2026 neither has passed. Refunds on shopping are a separate system. More in VAT on skin treatments in Korea in 2026.

How ATTITUDE approaches this
At ATTITUDE Clinic, the AI skin analysis records and organizes your skin data to support the consultation. It does not provide a medical diagnosis. One of our two co-directors then goes through it with you and decides with you what you need, what you don't, and in what order, so you leave with a sequence built around you. Every price is published per unit on our price list, the same on every language version of this site, and shown without VAT. During our opening event, until 31 October 2026, selected treatments are shown with the regular price and the event price, VAT excluded; see the opening event. When you are ready, send a booking request.
