What it is
What is Cryo?
Cryo lowers the temperature of the skin's surface with a cooling device. It is often used to cool and comfort skin that has warmed up after heat-based treatments.
It is priced per session and can be booked on its own or as a finishing step with other treatments.
How it works
How it works
Cold draws heat from the skin's surface and briefly narrows blood vessels, helping warmth, redness and swelling settle. It is most accurately understood as care that makes recovery after treatments more comfortable.

The process
How a visit works
Consultation & AI skin analysis
An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.
Preparation
After cleansing, your skin is checked.
Treatment
The cooling handpiece moves gently, cooling the skin area by area.
After your visit
After moisturising you can return to your routine straight away.
Aftercare
Recovery & aftercare
- Make-up and daily activities are usually fine straight away.
- Right after cooling the skin may feel cold and look red briefly; this settles soon.
- Keep up moisturiser and sun protection.
Sessions & spacing
Paired as calming care after other treatments, or booked when your skin needs it.
