What it is
What is LDM?
LDM (Local Dynamic Micro-massage) alternates ultrasound frequencies to give the skin fine vibration. It is almost painless, so it can be used even on skin that is sensitive just after a treatment.
We offer 6- and 12-minute sessions, with the time chosen for the area and any treatment it accompanies.
How it works
How it works

Fine vibration from ultrasound gently stimulates the tissue beneath the skin, aiming to settle warmth and redness and help the skin regain hydration. It is often used to make recovery after treatments more comfortable.

The process
How a visit works
Consultation & AI skin analysis
An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.
Preparation
After cleansing, your skin is checked and a dedicated gel is applied.
Treatment
The handpiece moves gently for the planned time. It feels warm or cool.
After your visit
After moisturising you can return to your routine straight away.
Aftercare
Recovery & aftercare
- Make-up and daily activities are usually fine straight away.
- Mild redness is occasional and settles quickly.
- With regular sessions, keep up moisturiser and sun protection.
Sessions & spacing
Around once a week depending on your skin, or as calming care alongside other treatments.
