What it is
What is Potenza?
POTENZA is a microneedle radiofrequency device from Jeisys. Radiofrequency comes from the needle tips, delivering heat to the dermis while sparing the surface.
The N tip focuses on pores and scars, while the pumping tip delivers active ingredients during treatment and comes with or without exosomes. Which tip suits you is decided after examining your skin.
How it works
How it works

As radiofrequency heat travels down the tiny channels made by the needles into the dermis, a repair process begins in which new collagen forms around them. Repeating this aims to gradually refine the texture around pores and scars.

The process
How a visit works
Consultation & AI skin analysis
An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.
Preparation
After cleansing, numbing cream is applied and left to work fully.
Treatment
The face is treated section by section with the tip and depth chosen for your skin. It can feel prickly and hot.
After your visit
After a calming finish you can go home; we recommend make-up from the next day.
Aftercare
Recovery & aftercare
- Redness and swelling usually settle within one to three days, and small scabs may form.
- For a few days avoid harsh exfoliation and saunas, and keep up moisturiser and sun protection.
- Pigmentation is rare — tell us if any change lasts.
Sessions & spacing
Three to five sessions about four weeks apart are usual, adjusted for scar depth and how your skin responds.
