Fat-dissolving injections
Injections for localised fat, planned by ingredient and area

Fat-dissolving injections place medication in the fat layer to help reduce localised fat. Face, body, DCA and the face-only contour injection differ in ingredients and use, so they are planned separately for your areas and concerns.

What it is
What is Fat-dissolving injections?
Our fat-dissolving injections contain no steroid; the face is priced per cc and the body per 100cc. DCA (deoxycholic acid), which acts on fat cells, is priced separately per vial.
The contour injection is for the face only and contains a steroid, so it is not compared as the same product as fat-dissolving injections. Dose and spacing are set more carefully, and the actual ingredients and approved uses are confirmed in consultation.
How it works
How it works

Ingredients placed in the fat layer act on fat cells, and the broken-down fat is cleared gradually by the body. Rather than a big change at once, measurements and contour improve over several sessions, so progress is compared with photos and measurements taken under the same conditions.

The process
How a visit works
Consultation & AI skin analysis
An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.
Preparation
The area is pinched to check the fat thickness and the injection zone is marked.
Treatment
The planned amount is distributed evenly for the area and ingredient. It can feel achy or warm.
After your visit
The injection sites are checked and you can go home straight away.
Aftercare
Recovery & aftercare
- Swelling, warmth and tenderness may last a few days.
- Bruising or firm areas are occasional — tell us if they linger.
- After a contour injection, contact us straight away if the skin dips or changes colour.
Sessions & spacing
Usually several sessions one to two weeks apart, adjusted to the area, ingredient and response. Contour injections are spaced further apart.
