What it is

What is Dermashine?

Dermashine is a device that sets depth and dose for delivering ingredients into the skin. It is priced per session, and the ingredients used are chosen according to your skin and goals.

It suits treating broad areas such as the whole face evenly, and is often planned with hydration care such as a water glow injection.

How it works

How it works

Cross-section of skin showing epidermis and dermis with several droplets placed in the dermal layer

Several fine needles enter the skin at a set depth, leaving a consistent amount of ingredient densely across the area. Even spacing and depth aim to care for hydration and texture uniformly over broad areas.

The process

How a visit works

  1. Consultation & AI skin analysis

An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.

  2. Preparation

After cleansing, numbing cream is applied and the ingredients and area are set.

  3. Treatment

The device is placed on the skin and delivers evenly section by section.

  4. After your visit

You go home after a calming finish.

Aftercare

Recovery & aftercare

  • Small marks and redness usually settle within a day or two.
  • Bruising is occasional and fades in about a week.
  • On the day, avoid rubbing the face hard and saunas.

Sessions & spacing

Usually a few sessions two to four weeks apart, with maintenance set according to your skin.
