What it is
What is XERF?
XERF is a lifting device that delivers radiofrequency energy into the skin. The tip is placed on the skin while cooling protects the surface and the dermis and layer below are warmed.
The full face is priced by the number of shots, and the eye area is offered separately as XERF Eye with its own tip. How many shots you need is decided after examining the areas of concern and your skin thickness.
How it works
How it works

Heat created as radiofrequency passes through the tissue contracts existing collagen and supports new collagen as the skin recovers. Because it warms a broad surface evenly, changes in firmness and texture appear gradually over weeks to months.

The process
How a visit works
Consultation & AI skin analysis
An AI skin analysis records where your skin is today; one of our co-directors then examines you and decides whether to treat, how strongly and where.
Preparation
After cleansing, numbing cream goes on and the treatment area and shot plan are marked.
Treatment
The tip is placed area by area. It can feel warm or briefly hot, and the intensity is adjusted to your response.
After your visit
After a calming finish you can go home straight away.
Aftercare
Recovery & aftercare
- Redness and warmth usually settle within a day.
- Swelling or blisters are rare — tell us straight away if anything feels wrong.
- Take care with moisturiser and sun protection for a few days.
Sessions & spacing
After one session the change is reviewed over several months, and the timing of the next is set after a fresh examination. If combined with another lift, order and spacing are agreed in consultation.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How is XERF different from Thermage?
Both are monopolar radiofrequency lifts, but the device, tips and shot structure differ. We help you choose based on your concerns, budget and preferred interval after examining you.
When will I see results?
You may feel tighter straight away, and collagen change appears over weeks to months. Results vary, so we review progress over time.
Do I need XERF Eye separately?
The skin around the eyes is thin, so it is treated separately with a dedicated tip. Whether to combine it with the full face is decided in consultation.
How painful is it?
It can feel hot for a moment. We use numbing cream and adjust the intensity during treatment.
